Initial Conversation
Here is where we start to go over some of the details of what you are looking to accomplish:
- Are you looking to change out some flooring or remodel a space in your location?
- Budget questions and ballparking what your project will take to complete
If you like what you hear, I will send over my service agreement for you to look over.
On-Site Visit
I will come to your location and discuss your project further. What kind of style, feel and functionality you are looking to accomplish?
- I will measure your space and take pictures for my reference
- In about a week's time, I will draw up your existing space and come up with a new layout based on your specifications
- We will set up an appointment to meet again and I will show you what I have come up with
Per my service agreement, you will have the option of 2 revisions.
Construction Documents
If you would like to continue forward with your project you will have the option to purchase a completed set of construction documents for the remodel you have selected.
Material Selection
As we progress in your project, I will assist you with material selections for your remodel:
- I will meet with you in my vendor showrooms and pull the whole thing together
- Once we have all the materials selected, I will update your 3D renderings with your selected materials to show you what your space will look like as a completed product
- I will put a quote together for you of your selected materials and the quantity that will be needed; I can also get the labor quotes together for you if you would like
- We would set an appointment and go over the quotes together, this way if you have any questions, I will be able to answer them on the spot for you
Sign Contract
If you are happy with the received quotes and would like to move further into your project, we would set an appointment to sign a contract and collect a deposit. Once a deposit is collected, I will be able to start ordering your materials and getting your project schedule together.
